We are hiring a Contract Manager who specializes within the Procurement (M&A / Integration) space.
About: This is not a traditional purchasing role. Instead, this position focuses on reviewing and advising on existing vendor contracts and determining what actions need to be taken as the organization goes through a transition. This is a hands-on, independent role where you’ll be responsible for analyzing contracts, identifying risk, and guiding the business on next steps.
Responsibilities:

+ Review and analyze existing vendor contracts and agreements

+ Identify risk, compliance gaps, and financial exposure

+ Determine how contracts are impacted by organizational changes (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, name changes)

+ Recommend contract actions (renegotiation, amendment, reassignment, etc.)

+ Partner with cross-functional teams including: Legal, IT, Finance, and Procurement
