Position Overview
To manage the EP & CIC Midstream Contracts to ensure works performed by the Contractor(s) are all in accordance with the Contract and Company’s requirements.
1. Contract Administration & Management
- To work with and directly under the Package Project Manager
- Ensure full compliance with company contracting policies, legal requirements, and project specific obligations.
- To manage project correspondences, prepare and update correspondences log periodically.
- Establish, manage, and maintain a Contract Change Register to track variations, claims, and amendments.
- To work with PMT for the evaluation/ assessment of the VOP; preparation and presentation of the internal memorandum for Management’s consideration and approval of the VO.
