As a Customer Care Project Manager, you will take full ownership of larger projects and sensitive cases, including defect diagnosis,plaint resolution, and the development and delivery of effective resolution strategies

Oversee inspections, project management activities, customermunications, and the successful execution of works in occupied homes.

Take ownership ofplex defects andplaints, managing cases through to resolution with a strong customer‑first focus.
