Key responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract conditions and project-specific contractual obligations. Manage contract risk assessment, claims, variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution. Interpret contract clauses and provide contractual guidance to project teams.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for high-rise building construction projects.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance.
