Preparation of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, change and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim
Preparation of contracts
Preparation of final accounts
Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned
Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing
Working experience in main contractor firm is an advantage
To resolve problems encountered by QS / project team, including dealing with client/ sub-contractors on cost and contractual matters
Any other duties that assigned by a superior
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
