Position Overview
Currie & Brown is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai with Data Centre experience.
What will you be doing? - Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
- Maintaining Client relationships and delivering commercial and contracts reports according to the clients’ requirements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle
- Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
- Review and update existing contracts
- Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties
- Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
- Helping develop and implement Commercial Strategies
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
