About the job Contract Management Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, draft and negotiate several typesof contractual documents, including: proposals, letters of intent, contract amendments,client agreements, teaming agreements, supplier agreements and non-disclosureagreements
• Work with contracts, identifyingcontractual risks/issues, contract compliance, contract advisory andinterpretation
• Represent company’s interests in negotiationswith partners, suppliers and clients
• Adapt global agreements to local laws ofdifferent countries
• Analyze complex situations and advicebusiness teams on client opportunities.
• Verify compliance with company’s policiesand internal procedures
• Cooperate with local and/or internationalbusiness teams and legal teams
• Apply internal tools and techniques ontoassigned tasks and/or projects
• Generate and work with data and reports asrequired
