Act as a subject‑matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) , CPQ , and upstream Quote‑to‑Cash processes;
Support and optimize commercial workflows including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to ensure scalable and compliant contract processes;
Manage and improve deal desk governance, approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and operational controls;
Validate contract, pricing, and order data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and downstream operational accuracy;
Ensure contractual terms and commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition systems;
