To issue Purchase / Sale Contracts in software interface as per the deal confirmation received from Traders.
Review the contract terms for compliance and consistency before sending them for approval whether entered by the trader or by the team member. Ensure all required compliance and sustainability clauses are included on contract as per the location, counterparty, or coffee grade selected.
Contract amendments are being processed as per the laid approval process, signed amended contracts are being shared to the client / trader within 48 hours of the time request being received.
Good in reconciling data, find discrepancies and make necessary enteries in Atlas V2 System.
Well versed with Excel Formulas and Power BI.
Well versed with the Shipment Incoterms, Payment Terms, Standard Coffee Terms (ESCC).
