Well Optimization Specialist (Contract) – Grande Prairie, AB

Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta

Schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts)

We are currently looking for an experienced Well Optimization Specialist to support ongoing operations in the Grande Prairie area. This is a hands-on role focused on well performance, artificial lift optimization, and real-time data analysis within a collaborative field and engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize well performance using real-time data and surveillance tools
• Support artificial lift systems including plunger lift, rod pump, and gas lift through troubleshooting, cycle optimization, and setpoint adjustments
• Identify underperforming wells and recommend practical optimization solutions
