• Oversee a team of officers in the processing of claims and allowances for students, and scholars.
• Processing of student allowances for Finance and Payroll disbursements;
• Processing of claims by students and vendor; processing of payment to Universities,
• Reimbursement to divisions as well as recruitment of scholarships and scholarship maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policy, standing operating procedures and customers’ expectations.
• Verify and/or approve the deliverables of the team in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• Coach and provide on-the-job-training to the team.
