Position Overview
This is a 6 month contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business functions, including shopfloor employees and frontline supervisor
- Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives
- Coordinates core HR processes in the assigned business
- Resumes governance role with regard to HR tools, policies and legislation
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience with shopfloor workforce or in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and local labour regulations
