By managing complex work packages, providing guidance to junior staff, and serving as the focal point for client escalations, the role safeguards the organization against contractual risks, supports successful project delivery, and strengthens collaboration across project teams.

Administer major subcontract packages and the main contract, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and notices in a timely manner.
Support or lead claims, disputes, and EOT (Extension of Time) submissions.
