Role Summary:
A Contract Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts across engineering procurement and construction projects. They ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations while supporting project execution cost control and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Preparation & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements in line with project and legal requirements.
- Tendering Support: Assist in the preparation of bid documents, tender evaluations, and contract award processes.
