We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality customer service while working closely with internal teams, service partners, and subcontractors.
The Coordinator will help maintain full compliance with Facilities Management procedures, contractual requirements, and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Support Hard FM compliance and operations by assisting the Hard FM Manager and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Act as the main contact for compliance, estates, and contractor queries. Maintain accurate compliance records aligned with statutory regulations, HTMs, SFG20, and contractual obligations.
