Contract & Commercial Litigation Solicitor / FCILEx

A well established national law firm known for its strong insurer, financial services and membership organisation partnerships are looking for an experienced litigation professional to join our Contract Resolution team within the Civil Litigation division. This is a varied and stimulating role handling a broad caseload of non injury civil disputes, including:

• Commercial and consumer contract disputes
• Misrepresentation
• Professional negligence
• Construction matters
• Both Claimant and Defendant work, including high value and complex instructions

You’ll work with clients referred through Legal Expenses Insurance as well as privately instructed individuals and businesses. The team is collaborative, supportive and led by highly experienced partners committed to developing their people.
