JOB OVERVIEW The Contract Administrator supports the Commercial and Contracts Team in contract administration, contractual correspondence, notices, claims, FIDIC compliance, and entitlement preservation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and formal communications.
- Support claims, variations, EOT submissions, and contractual responses.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC notice requirements, claim procedures, timelines, and substantiation obligations.
- Maintain contract registers, claims trackers, variation logs, correspondence logs, and entitlement records.
- Review contractor and consultant submissions from a contractual and procedural perspective.
- Coordinate with QS, planning, technical, and site teams to collect supporting records.
