Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Supervisor (CIS) will report to the M&T Manager of Quality (MoQ) and will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing & Technology Global Business Unit (M&T GBU). The CIS will support the MoQ to develop and deliver an M&T customized continuous improvement program, including a risk-based strategy that meets GBU goals and objectives, including alignment, prioritizing, scheduling, training, metrics/dashboards, PBQ, LL, Causal Analysis, Six Sigma, and tracking progress of improvement initiatives. The CIS will apply leadership skills, knowledge, experience, and tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, kaizen, behavioral and facilitation techniques) to close gaps and invest in opportunities, resulting in institutionalized changes that measurably improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the GBU.
