Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support the development, coordination, and sustainability of training and continuous improvement activities that strengthen the Conagra Performance System culture within the plant. You will partner closely with plant leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective skills development, standardized training, and continuous improvement practices across all departments.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Maintain professional communication with plant management, safety, quality, team leads, maintenance, and sanitation to reinforce a strong continuous improvement culture.
+ Support the Continuous Skills Development process to ensure consistent, high‑quality training across the plant.
+ Manage document control for training materials, including One Point Lessons, standards, standard operating procedures, playbooks, work instructions, and training videos, ensuring all materials meet plant standards.
