Synopsis

Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for driving and managing strategic supply chain initiatives across Etihad Engineering. This role leads cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance, standardizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Project Leader ensures alignment with long‑term business goals, engages key stakeholders, and applies structured project and change management approaches to deliver sustainable improvements.
