Lead and oversee a portfolio of high‑impact continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to CI team members. Own and maintain the continuous improvement roadmap for assigned functional areas. Prioritize CI resources across reactive operational support and long‑term strategic initiatives.
