Position Overview


Shaw Industries is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects, and the training, coaching and mentoring of continuous improvement sources for Plant 65 in Andalusia, AL . This position is also responsible for deploying corporate continuous improvement initiatives within Plant 65 . The CI Engineer will report directly t o the Extrusion Plant Manager with dotted line reporting to the Residential Premium Divisional Continuous Improvement Leader .
