- Functions as a consultant and facilitator to challenge teams to enhance the performance of their processes.
Works as a process transformation expert identifying opportunities to partner with leadership in support of the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on the continuous improvement projects and assesses progress and establishes cadence reporting on CI performance goals.
