JOB SUMMARY:
The Continuous Improvement Advisor serves as a coach and mentor to multidisciplinary teams focused on improving patient care and outcomes. This role provides guidance and support to teams, offering best practices in quality improvement methodology and tools, project management, change management, team facilitation/education, and effective use of data to drive improvement. Additionally, this role is responsible for helping develop materials and providing support for quality improvement training for stakeholders at all levels and skill levels (clinical and non-clinical) to help build the improvement capability of the organization. This is a highly visible role that requires an individual to be independent yet collaborative with other healthcare professionals and leadersthroughout the organization.
