• Advise listed issuers on continuing listing obligations on the Singapore Exchange
• Advise listed issuers on corporate governance issues
• Review of documents to be released by listed issuers and advise on corporate actions, in respect of compliance with listing requirements of the Singapore Exchange
• Liaise with regulatory authorities with regards to listing compliance of listed issuers

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of IPO obligations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good command of English
