Job Description

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Schedule

Shift Information: Days, Weekends.

Hours of Work: Home Care Hours.

Number of Hours per Rotation: 25 shifts of 4 hours per 6 weeks.

Salary

Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range)

Education

• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
