Contingent Workforce Management Specialist - FTC

Our client, a leading insurance business, are recruiting for a Contingent Workforce Management Specialist on an FTC basis at their office in London.

Role:

• Strong stakeholder engagement working closely with Business to educate and guide on the most appropriate routes to engagement of third-party workers
• Support the business and HRBPs by providing clear guidance on contingent workforce options and requirements
• Recommend the appropriate engagement route in partnership with the HRBP, based on role scope and compliance needs
• Liaise with the MSP to monitor contractor end dates and manage expiry activity in line with policy. Follow up with Business Managers to ensure plans are in place in sufficient time
