Our Legal 500 Client’s highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Estates team we have a strong contentious probate practice that is going from strength to strength. With a rapidly growing caseload and reputation they now need to hire a solicitor into the team to support its continued development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a burgeoning practice and develop a long term career in this specialist area. You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running so you must be able to demonstrate ideally at least one year’s PQE as a solicitor (or equivalent) in civil litigation work – which should include a significant amount of contentious probate work. You’ll support the Partner on their cases as well as begin to build your own caseload under supervision.
