Position Overview
Summary:Your focus will be on creating in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that help workers conduct meetings more effectively in all stages: before, during, and after the meeting.
Responsibilities: Write and edit friendly, clear UX copy with a touch of Teams brand flair. Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate. Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice. Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements. Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.
