Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field

3-5 years of content strategy experience

Experience in the IT services industry a plus

Sound knowledge of content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS preferred

Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo), drip programs, and dynamic targeted content

Understanding of CRM and inside sales processes for IT Services a plus

Experience working with keyword research tools, SEO, and Google Analytics

The ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different time zones

Strong project management skills

Excellent analytical skills

Effective communication skills
