At Franco Manca, we keep things simple. We make sourdough pizza, and we make it as it should be – slow-risen, hand-stretched, wood-fired. No fuss, no shortcuts, just honest food made with skill and love.

We started with one little pizzeria in Brixton. Now, nearly 20 years on, we’ve grown a loyal following across the UK – people who know that great pizza tells its own story – we just help it reach more ears (and mouths).
