About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Content Optimisation Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team in a hands‑on role where you’ll shape how customers discover, engage with and trust our content across Mitre 10 and Home Timber & Hardware websites. You’ll work at the intersection of content, search and customer behaviour - optimising everything from category and product pages to editorial content to drive visibility, engagement and conversion.
It’s an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise across SEO, GEO and emerging AI‑driven search, while partnering closely with Marketing, Digital and Merchandise teams to make a measurable commercial impact.
This role is based in our Heatherton National Support office, with a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
