We're looking for a **Content & Communications Manager** who lives and breathes specialty coffee and knows how to translate technical excellence into compelling stories that inspire roasters to take action. You'll be the voice of ROEST, creating content that builds trust, demonstrates value, and helps coffee professionals understand why our roasters are worth the investment.
This is a hands-on role, with 70% of your time dedicated to writing and creating content, 15% spent coordinating with agencies and partners, 10% focused on engaging with the coffee community at events, and 5% allocated to managing content operations.
