Summary Philadelphia United Methodist Church is a vibrant congregation located in a growing suburban setting near Charlotte, NC. We are currently seeking to hire a part-time Contemporary Worship Leader to work in cooperation with our Pastor to oversee all aspects of music and related arts for the contemporary worship service. In addition, the successful candidate will help plan and implement programs including occasional special worship events in accordance with the practices of the United Methodist Church. The successful candidate will exude passion for authentic Christian worship and provide vocal and musical leadership that fosters a spiritually uplifting contemporary worship experience, drawing the congregation into the presence of God.
