Contact Center Supervisor | Facilities Management | Dubai Looking for a strong Contact Center / Call Center Supervisor with FM helpdesk experience to manage day-to-day contact center operations and ensure SLA compliance.
Key Requirements - 5+ years of experience in contact center / help desk environment, ideally within Facilities Management industry
- Strong understanding of SLA monitoring, ticket management & CAFM system
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in relevant background
