Position Overview
We are looking to recruit a Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) Manager for our Fragrance Consumer Products Personal Care Category Development team. You will focus on quantitative research for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, encompassing GCC, Levant, Egypt, Sudan, Iran, and Pakistan.
You will report to the Category Director - Personal Care MENA.
Responsibilities Project Management - Identification of methodology for consumer market research studies.
- Commissioning and set up.
- Cost management.
- Management and quality control of the field.
- Management of data analysis.
Business Partnering - Partner with the fragrance Evaluation, Perfumers, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams and work on active and proactive regional and cross‑regional market research projects throughout the fragrance development cycle.
