Position Overview
Your new role As Consumer Activation Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering integrated consumer and patient-focused activation plans and content strategies that drive awareness, engagement and behavioural change. You will bring direct consumer marketing expertise into a regulated environment, translating complex health topics into narratives that resonate, inspire and move people to act.
Your responsibilities will include: - Consumer strategy and execution: Tailor centrally provided strategy to the Singapore market through local deep-dives and tactical activation plans – including social discourse analysis, tailored engagement strategies and localised SEO/GEO keywords. Own NovoCare (or equivalent) locally, ensuring compliance and culturally relevant content, and lead end-to-end campaign execution from creative brief through media planning, launch and post-campaign analysis.
