Purpose 

Contributes to the overall success of the Department in Globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Under the supervision of the Manager Database Administration, manage and provide support for the banks Oracle, MySQL databases. As a member of the database administration group, the incumbent will assist in the team effort to maximize the availability, security, and performance of the databases. The incumbent is required to be on-call on a rotational basis to support the banks databases.
