Position Overview
- Design, configure, and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions aligned with business logistics processes.
- Monitor and resolve SAP TM incidents in line with agreed SLAs, including root cause analysis and permanent issue resolution.
- Maintain and enhance SAP TM configurations, implementing both minor and major changes to support operations.
- Validate, test, and deploy transports and changes into production environments.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (EWM, SD, MM) as well as external systems using IDoc, RFC, and APIs.
- Optimize system performance and improve transportation planning and freight settlement processes.
- Provide functional support to end users for TM processes
- Participate in requirements analysis, change management, testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), and go‑live / hypercare support.
