Support the coordination and execution of product or service delivery projects for clients from initiation through to completion.
Contribute to strategic planning efforts and assist with the execution of large-scale operational deployments.
Evaluate the profitability and potential risks of engagements, recommending client‑centric solutions that optimize value while minimizing project risk.
Collaborate with Support teams to assist in case resolution and strengthen the client relationship with Epicor Support. Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns.
Actively participate in project kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings, either on‑site or remotely.
Contribute to pre‑sales activities including client presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work plan creation.
