Position Overview
Pay Range: $24.13 - $33.78
Responsible for complete administration of combo plan designs DB & DC including reporting, compliance testing and 5500 preparation. Keeps informed of new developments, policies, and legislation concerning qualified retirement Plans in order to proactively advise assigned Plan Sponsors.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in qualified plan compliance or plan administration services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience with DB or ESOP administration is preferred.
+ ASPPA QKA or similar industry credential(s) preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Ability to use research tools to obtain knowledge of and apply current regulations.
+ Ability to read and interpret plan documents, procedure manuals and basic workflow software.
