We’re looking for an experienced Practice Lead to build and lead our Engineering recruitment desk in Singapore, with coverage across Southeast Asia.

This is a senior, hands‑on role for a proven 360° recruiter who thrives on new business, values deep market expertise, and wants to shape a high‑performing specialist practice.

The Role

As Practice Lead, you’ll take ownership of an Engineering portfolio spanning infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, energy or related sectors:

• Develop and expand a high‑performing Engineering recruitment desk from the start

• Act as a true market specialist and trusted advisor to clients across Singapore and the wider SEA region
• Drive business development through a proactive, hunter‑led approach
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and complex, specialist searches
• Mentor junior consultants as the practice scales
