Role Overview

Consulting Director, Finance & Enterprise Value Practice – Lead one of the two Finance & CFO Advisory Work Areas: Strategic Finance Delivery or Finance Transformations. Based in Manchester with flexible assignment locations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vision and execution in your domain, including practice development, delivery excellence & operations, people, and wider leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, drive skills growth, coaching, and consultant career progression.
• Contribute to the leadership of the Enterprise Model & Strategy Team and collaborate across Capgemini to deliver integrated solutions and client outcomes.
• Lead business development activities: proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
