This is not a traditional sales position. This role is best described as a consultative, client-service-focused advisor position. The clients you work with have already expressed interest in coverage or requested information. Your role is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and help them enroll in the coverage they requested. You will meet with individuals and families virtually (via Zoom or phone), ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This is a 1099, performance-based role with structured training, mentorship, and clearly defined advancement pathways. No cold calling. No chasing.
