What You'll Actually Do

Collaborate with leadership & design teams to craft sharp, insight-led proposals Lead deep discovery conversations with founders, product leaders, and CXOs Build long-term relationships, not transactional deals Understand business problems, not just project requirements Identify where design can create measurable impact (conversion, retention, CX, growth) Drive opportunities from first conversation → proposal → closure
