Required education and certifications critical for the role-

+ Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Actuarial Science

+ Member of any recognized Actuarial Society like - IAI, IFOA or SOA and actively pursuing actuarial exam

Required years of experience –

+ Relevant industry knowledge and minimum work experience of 4 years (Employee Benefits, Retirement and Health Benefits preferably)
