Consults to a group of McOpCo restaurants. Developing a team of Business Managers, who nurture their people to consistently deliver outstanding QSC, maximising sales levels and optimising profit

To provide values-based leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to assigned restaurants, to maximise the long-term sales and profit potential of each assigned restaurant. Builds a positive business relationship with Business Managers and restaurant management teams. Also builds authentic community-based relationships to enhance trust in the brand
