Position Overview
The Consultant V provides strategic and operational process consulting for the California SalesConnect system and renewal systems ecosystem, driving change management through system adoption, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional partners and platforms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading complex transformations, scaling system capabilities, enabling user upskilling, and designing client service models, with a proven ability to execute in highly matrixed environments and lead through direct or indirect influence. This role requires deep expertise in process improvement and systems support, including system rollouts, change management, decision readiness, onboarding new hires, and developing business cases and investment narratives that support go-to-market modernization priorities within national health plan or insurance environments.
