TLM Consultant
In this role you will resolve software and hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products. You will provide solutions that automate the output of time and attendance calculations for payroll production. The TLM Consultant configures and optimizes the Time and Labor Management interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their product challenges and related needs; solve such challenges while building long‑term trust.
- Be a team player, seeking to understand the business and asking questions to other team members, sales, and client‑service partners to bring resolution to client requests.
- Follow call handling best practices to deliver exceptional service.
