Key Duties

:

Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with ear, nose, and throat (ENT) disorders.Perform complex ENT surgical procedures tailored to the needs of infants, children, and outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and surgical sessions, ensuring high standards of clinical care.Collaborate closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.Participate actively in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance service delivery.Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and other healthcare professionals in pediatric ENT best practices.Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols in line with national and international in continuous professional development and, where appropriate, academic teaching or compliance with hospital policies, health regulations...
